Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Made Products
We do not accept any returns on bespoke rug orders as they are all made to order. They have been custom made according to certain specifications hence a return is not possible. From time to time there are delays in the production process that are beyond our control. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot process refunds. All sales are final.
Color & Size Disclaimer – Due to variations in screen displays and handcrafting processes, slight differences in color and dimensions may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including intimates, swimwear, home goods, personal care goods (such as beauty products), and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
